Welcome to Salvaged Threads!

The name pretty much says it all. Here you’ll see how I transform vintage trash into treasure and show you step by step tutorials and techniques you can use to salvage your own threads. I’ll also share with you lots of other DIY projects to try, such as how to give a table an antique look.

Join me as I hunt for unique thrift store finds to be turned into anything my brain can come up with. Right now my focus is on upcycling dresses (like this one), and repurposing cool fabric into just about anything – owls, pillows, purses…
