Making an owl applique

- First I cut out an owl shape from a vintage men’s wool coat.
- Next I cut felt for the face and tummy.
- Now add the wings and eyelids.
- Lashes and eyes.
- Don’t forget the buttons and a beak.
- VOILA… You’ve got yourself a cute little owl applique for a pillow or purse.
- Now just start stitching!

You make it seem so easy! Next time make the pictures smaller. I have a pretty big screen and they fill the whole thing up so I can’t read the caption/instructions. The site looks great.
