The Sewing Sash

The Sewing Sash

I decided to create what I can only describe as a sewing sash. If you sew, and are somewhat scatterbrained like me, then you undoubtably know what it’s like to be sewing, ironing, pinning, cutting all at once, and constantly looking track of your supplies. You leave your pin cushion on the ironing board, who knows where your scissors are (hiding under a scrap of fabric, most likely) and now you have a pile of loose pins next to your machine that are falling and getting lodged in the crack of your table (maybe not?). So out of necessity to keep all my tools in order and close at hand I came up with the sewing sash. I actually love this thing and use it all the time now. I’d be lost (or rather my scissors would be) without it.

If you are interested in a sewing sash of your own, send me an email. :)

What a great idea! And to think I was so scattered as well – frankly searching for stuff is not the fun part of creativity! I have some quilting friends who will appreciate this as well! Thanks!
